CANCELLATION POLICY
Appointment Cancellation Policy We understand that sometimes schedules change unexpectedly. To accommodate all of our clients fairly, we have established the following appointment cancellation policy: Cancellation Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Late Cancellations: If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, you may be charged 50% of the scheduled service(s). No-Show Policy: If you do not show up for your appointment without any prior notice, you will be charged 100% of the scheduled service(s). Exceptions: We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can occur. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation.
